They are ideal for someone who is in need of practicing self-care and self-love, in need of emotional release and healing, opening their heart or would like a deeper connection with the Universe to name but a few…there are so many wonderful benefits.

I invite you to join me for a gentle and guided introduction to a deeper connection with the wonderful plant medicine, Mama Cacao, inviting her into your heart and into your space through a sacred Cacao Ceremony.  We will sit in circle and share the wonderful healing benefits.

Monthly Sessions (GL20 8HT), limited to 6 spaces

Following the Cacao Ceremony you will receive either a Group Akashic Records Clearing or Group Hypnotherapy session (alternating monthly).  The monthly circles are small, intimate gatherings held at my home (GL20 8HT) so limited to maximum of 6 attendees.  You can Contact Rachel to request a booking form in order to secure your place.

Bi-Monthly Sessions (The Fold, Bransford)

I also offer larger group bi-monthly sessions at The Fold, Bransford offering a sacred Cacao Ceremony followed by a deep Akashic Records Clearing accessed through a special guided meditation which helps clear your records of specific energies and ultimately through this healing, we are healing the ‘Soul’.  This is a guided deep clearing from blocks, trauma, pain, programming, magic, spells, imprints, bindings, restrictions, soul contracts, ancestry and so much more! Please do not confuse Cacao with hot chocolate, it is a super food that contains many amazing benefits for both physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing.  It can be quite bitter in taste but is full of goodness.  There are optional natural sweeteners should you wish.

This Akashic Record clearing session is centred around divine relationships. It’s not solely about calling in a romantic partner or soul family connections – it’s about cultivating a deep love for yourself, so that you no longer feel the need to seek completion from others. When you truly fall in love with who you are, you naturally begin to attract people who resonate with your frequency. They won’t complete you because you are already whole, but they will amplify your love, happiness and joy. There will be Oracle Cards towards the end to receive a message from the Universe.

This Akashic Record clearing session is centred around physical and mental well-being. Our thoughts shape our reality and often manifest within the physical body. The emotional, mental and physical aspects of our being are deeply interconnected, constantly reflecting one another. When our thoughts are positive and aligned they support balance and healing within the body.  This session is designed to honour this connection, bringing the mind and body into a harmonious state of ease and joy. There will be Oracle Cards towards the end to receive a message from the Universe.
