Rachel runs Reiki First Degree and Second Degree workshops located in Bredon, near Tewkesbury.

Rachel has been working with Reiki for many years and can trace her Reiki lineage back to Dr Mikao Usui, the founder of the Usui system of Reiki (a Reiki lineage is a type of family tree showing the energetic connection from your teacher to the founder of the system of Reiki).

Reiki Training

An opportunity to help yourself and others to experience good health and well-being, helping to reduce the stress of daily working life. Groups are kept small and informal ensuring that each student can receive individual attention

Reiki flows to the areas of need, soothing pain and supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki restores balance in one's life.

First Degree Reiki

This level is called Shoden in Japan.

You will learn the history of Reiki, how to apply Reiki to yourself and to others. You will also receive a series of attunements to the Reiki energy. The attunements accelerate the flow of energy in the body and this enables you to begin to use your hands for healing. This workshop typically takes place over 2 days and is to do with self-healing and healing friends and family. A comprehensive manual is provided along with a certificate upon successful completion of the course. A period of 3-6 months is recommended before completing Second Degree Reiki.

Second Degree Reiki

This level is called Okuden in Japan.

A two day workshop to attune the participant to higher levels of awareness and energy. You will learn energy patterns or symbols which can be used with more advanced healing techniques of mental and emotional balancing and distant healing. The effects of your hands on healing will also be intensified after attunement to Second Degree Reiki. A comprehensive manual is provided along with a certificate upon successful completion of the course. You will have achieved Practitioner Level. A minimum of 12 months is recommended before completing Reiki Three (Part 1).

Reiki Master

This is called Shinpiden in Japan and Level Three in some associations.

There should be a high degree of commitment to Reiki and the Reiki way of life with regard to the Reiki Ideals.

This level is divided into two stages; Reiki Three and Reiki Master/Teacher. The Reiki Master student is taught how to give the Reiki attunements which activate the energy centres of the body. Knowledge of presentation and teaching is needed for Reiki Masters who will teach Reiki.

Workshop Fees

Reiki First Degree (2 days): £130.00

Reiki Second Degree – Practitioner Level (2 days): £160.00

A £50.00 deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is refundable subject to 2 weeks cancellation notice prior to the scheduled course date.
